An amazing shopping experience with Reeds and More. I ordered through their online store. My products arrived in under 12 hours. Everything was well packed.I ordered an item that has been out of stock at my local store (for months). Do not purchase anything from their website without first calling them if you really have no better option. Despite zero indication or warning to first check before taking my money I lost 2 biz days and now the weekend because I can’t wait 12 weeks for the item! Fully refunded but This is their snarky response to my asking them to update website when out of stock to save customers time and aggravation“In regards to our website, there is no indication of stock on the actual items however we do advise in our terms and conditions that we don’t have all items in stock at all times and best to check availability before ordering if the order is time sensitive. This does help us to be able to keep our prices as low as possible.”

Brendan and his team fixed my daughter's schoolfrench horn after it had not been cleaned for a long while. When a screw fell out a little while later, he repaired it at no extra cost and it now sounds great. Thank you very much

Ordered a new Legure Sax reed online. Pretty expensive reed, however Reeds and more were the cheapest, then cheap postage. Assumed it would take forever to arrive but it was extremely fast. Sensationally packed, clearly with love as also got a gift. Such a wonderful experience. Also stoked that the tone I now produce on the sax is 90% better than before! (the other 10% is totally me)

I used to shop through Reeds and More for a few years, including when the business was just starting up. However I have now twice sent queries by email a few months apart (being hard of hearing I prefer email/messaging) but both have remained unanswered (I've checked junk mail folder too).Very disappointed now and I've, sadly, had to move on to other music outlets.
