From my personal experience and perspective.Update: There may be in OCs 'difficult' officeholders and 'difficult' managers. A 'difficult' member is likely to be an experienced non-officeholder who is capable of pointing out any OC errancy in 'difficult' managers and 'difficult' officeholders.

Worst company in strata management.Staff difficult in communication and difficult to contact. Poor maintenance of common areas. Minimal practice of cleaning properly.Avoid any this in strata management
