The Good Guys Lutwyche

In store service and product knowledge is great but they are let down by the concierge service. It's a total waste of money, they deny every claim they can. Underwritten by Domestic and General. I have found that most products (particularly Samsung) are covered by manufacturers warranty and it covers everything and more that concierge doesn't. Save your money and don't get the extra cover.

We did the final purchase from The Good Guys Lutwyche November 2022. And I won’t be buying anything forever from this place again.I bought Hisense HRBM417C model fridge and we noticed that the ice tray of the fridge is missing. When we contacted the Lutwyche branch, they said that this model doesn’t come with an ice tray and they can’t do anything and I have to contact Hisense customer service by myself.Why couldn’t they mention about it, when we bought the fridge? If so we could have bought some other model with an ive tray as we really need it. They’re the dealer between the customer and the manufacturer but they didn’t want to involve when there’s a problem.Disgusting customer service from Manager to the sales person.

Would not shop at this store again. Did an online order for security doorbell. Got it home and it was opened and looked used. Returned it and New one had protective sealed plastic. First one I was given was obviously a return. Unethical selling returned used items as new. Was given 9% discount for inconvenience, but that doesn't cover 1 hour round trip driving.

Best appliance's store in north Brisbane. Very professional and friendly staff. I got very generous discount on security cameras. When I had to return some stuff after three weeks due to change of circumstances they did not ask any questions and refund.

We recently had a fantastic experience with Dylan at the Lutwyche Good Guys store. He was so knowledge, friendly, courteous, so understanding while we walked around with hangry kids, so patient and is a true testament to 'brilliant customer service'.We ended up doing 3 or 4 transactions in one day instead of coming back at a later day for the other things we wanted, purely because we wanted to make sure he got our sale and because he was genuinely a great (not pushy) sales rep.There is nothing more off putting than a sales rep that is pushy or obviously upselling you or trying to get you to add things on to your order that you really don't want or need. Dylan was none of these things and we are so greatful to have dealt with him today.To the manager/s (Corey?) of the store - Thank you for working with us and Dylan to get a great deal. And also... Dylan needs a payrise. He was genuinely fantastic!To the other reps that walked past us, ignored us or seemed disinterested in their job... Be more like Dylan :-D.

Great service. Sam told me everything about the vacuum cleaner I was looking for and gave me a great price. He then went way and beyond by driving it to my place after work. Outstanding!
