I have used Phoenix Electrical for over 10 years for at Metromix and we are very happy with their service and knowledge. We have used Phoenix for numerous services including standard electrical works, UPS installations in our Server and Data racks and Network data cabling installations across all sites. I would recommend Phoenix and their staff for personal and business electrical installations without a problem.

We have used Phoenix Electrical for a number of electrical jobs around the house. I have always found them to be professional and reliable. I have recommended them to friends who have all been happy with the quality of their work. I recently had Joel fit several down lights and light switches. He did a great job and I will definitely use them in the future.

We needed to upgrade our meter box after a solar panel & air conditioner install. We have used Phoenix in the past few years for several smaller electrical & data problems, they always sort our issues with a minimal amount of fuss. Phoenix Electrical were very helpful in their explanation of the scope of works. They arrived promptly as advised & carried out all the necessary work without any additional dramas. Their staff (Daniel) was excellent with his communication during the day & his work was neat, the site was left clean. I would highly recommend Phoenix for any electrical work, as they have never let me down.

Very pleased with the service they provided it was very professional and carried out to my satisfaction. The tradespeople they sent to complete the job of reinstalling my CCTV cameras was excellent and they were very accommodating to my requirements - couldn't ask for a better service. I have used Phoenix Electrical on numerous occasions and have always been impressed by the quality of their work and the professionalism of their staff. Whilst I was not a direct customer of Phoenix Electrical, I required assistance with a new electrical connection at an office fit out being conducted in a strata owned building and Adrian and the team from Phoenix were more then happy to assist given they had completed the electrical work within the building. Not only did this include communicating with our electricity provider and confirming the setup, Adrian also personally attended our location on a Saturday morning to help us troubleshoot some issues experienced in relation to the meter installed to ensure we had electricity on our move in day. It is not often you come across service like this and even rarer when you aren't even the paying customer. As a result I highly recommend the service provided by Adrian and the team at Phoenix Electrical.

The customer service is fantastic, booking in the job was easy. Stuart attended our place to install CCTV cameras and fix issues with our wi-fi. He was polite, prompt and knowledgeable on all aspects of the work involved including setting up the cameras so we can see them on our phone from anywhere. Would recommend Phoenix Electrical and will use them again.
