I would like to give a BIG shout out to Aaron and all the crew at Express Electronics forDisplaying the true meaning of customer service. I recently purchased a River 2 Pro Over the phone, I explained to Aaron that it was somewhat time sensitive re: deliveryTime. He said I would get it the next day to which I replied that’s fine as I would need it for the following Tuesday due to our energy provider interrupting our power supply for essential work. The conversation took place on the Wednesday of the previous week.Despite the fact that I was more than happy with overnight delivery to my surprise a Knock came at my door that afternoon with to my amazement my River2. I asked the driver how this happened to which he replied he was Express Electronics own delivery driver and as he was out and about anyway the boss asked him to drop it off.Now that there is the essence of going the extra mile.

Had a great experience with Express Electronics. Needed a power station immediately coz our camping site has changed to unpowered site few days before Easter. I contacted one of the staff via chat system on their website They were so kind and introduced their unlisted new released product. I explained my circumstances and they said they can arrange same day shipping. I paid everything 1pm and everything arrived before 7pm. Thanks guys! I’ll enjoy plenty of power this holiday :)

I recently purchased the Ecoflow River Pro from this lovely family-owned business and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Easy ordering and tracking info right away. Was sent and received quickly. High quality product and top notch customer service. I thought we were missing a part and they sent it out right away at no charge before I realised it was misplaced upon opening the package. Offered to pay for the mishap and they were happy to send at no charge. Very pleased all around!
