I've purchased a dishwasher and gas oven from Artusi and regret both. Nothing but trouble and frustration with their lack of reliability.Dishwasher had to be replaced as it leaked and was not repairable (warranty) and the oven has not worked correctly since purchase, 2 call-out and now seems like not working again so no 3 coming up.The positive's I can give to Artusi, they will honor the warranty with a no fuss we fix or replace the unit mindset. The technicians are professional, clean and do a good job, just a shame the appliances are poor in terms of quality and reliability and have to have service calls all the time.Stick with a well known brand like Bosch, Miele, Fisher Paykel etc less trouble in my opinion.

We bought an Artusi BBQ through Appliances Online. The BBQ was ordered in Jun 22 and delivered in Oct 22 which was clearly communicated and expected. In the meantime we paid a cabinetmaker to build a custom cabinet in which to house the BBQ. Once the BBQ arrived and the cabinetry was ready in November we went to install the BBQ only to find that we were missing some parts e.g. the connection hose to the gas. We have had no luck in obtaining the missing parts from Appliances Online or Artusi and we are worried that we will now be without a working BBQ at Christmas despite having started this journey in June and the $$ spent on the BBQ and the cabinetry!

Terrible customer service, I have submitted warranty repair form 3 weeks ago and I have not booked the repair date still.

Terrible customer service and really bad products Had double wall oven installed on the 5th or march 23 and it started smoking so they sent another the next day and installed the new oven, when i woke up the next morning the display was not working so i rang them again and it took 2 weeks to send someone to fix it. On arrival they replaced the display and set the clock and it worked for the whole of one minute before smoke started poring out of the stove so the technician disconnected the stove and said it would need replacing and he would organised a new oven for me. It is now the 28/04/23 and still no oven so i rang them after a couple more weeks only for them to tell me that they just revived the email from the technician and it will take some time before they can organised a replacement and that someone will ring me. I also complained via their website using the customer care form explaining what had happened and was suppose to be contacted by customer care within 1 day but not even a confirmation email was sent. Beware buying this brand and dealing with Eurolinx who handle the warranty for Artusi products because they are incapable of provide adequate support or reliable double ovens
