Kristy was very helpful and easy to talk to. They had a wide range of carpets to choose from and we were able to find a wool carpet that was a good match for the other carpet we had in the house. Their installer Paul was quick and efficient and did a great job.

Amazing quality product, people and service. Every single person I met or contacted were so nice and helpful. Before seeing them I have contacted 3 other business they all well known big companies. But I wasn't happy and couldn't decide. Then my friend recommended me Cross carpet. I'm really really happy I chose Cross carpet!! Thanks my friend!!I'm so happy I found them as my go to carpet business. I won't waste any more time to look for carpet in the future. I will definitely ask them all my life. I strongly recommend everyone to see them first or last whatever but you will chose them I guess.Thank you guys for the best experience!!

Arranged to install carpet in two stages, stage 1 done very efficiently and courteously (thanks!), the remainder of the carpet was left in my garage in readiness for stage 2 BUT they did not turn up on the day I was told to expect them, and when I phoned Kristy to inquire, I was told it was all my fault, no date had been scheduled, irrelevant excuses were mentioned and there was no effort to even entertain the possibility that it was their mistake not mine.Fortunately, the job was completed the following week, but I never received an apology for the appalling response to my phone query.
