Asha and Katie were very helpful and understanding during the arranging and conducting of the funeral service for my mother. Because of her age it was a close family only attendance but the chapel at Emu Plains was an ideal location for the service and the attention to detail was excellent. Can thoroughly recommend Grace Funerals to look after the final journey for your family member.

I attended Grace Funerals in Springwood in November when my mum passed away. Louise made sure I got everything that I wanted for my mum. I was glad I chose them.

The team at Grace Funerals Emu Plains are compassionate and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and had everything we needed. The day of the funeral we noticed a picture on the plaque, it was absolutely perfect. We all loved it, it was a perfect representation of our loved family member. For such a sad time I can not speak highly enough about Grace Funerals. From my first conversation with Tom I felt like he was talking to family. His staff carry it through as well, with such a caring and understanding approach to everything. Nothing was a problem to any of them. The cost did not change and was more than reasonable and there was no upsell of anything, just straight care. I give them 6 stars!

I truly couldn’t recommend Grace Funerals enough. From my initial phone correspondence with Katie only a couple of hours after losing my dad, to discussing arrangements for my dads service with Tom & Asha, and even being allowed to assist Sam in dressing my father making sure he looked his best for his final send off, the Grace Funerals family showed nothing but care, compassion, respect and understanding every step of the way. Losing a loved one is never easy, especially when it’s someone as close as I was to my dad, but the team at Grace found a way to make the weight of saying goodbye just that little bit lighter. I am eternally grateful and should there come a time where goodbyes are needed again I will choose Grace Funerals without hesitation.
