This is my first google review. I have many good and bad experiences with various service providers and have not seen worth my while to write a review. Yesterday this changed. I visited this practice and from my encounter with the receptionist to the dental nurse and then the dentist Dr Kumsuz , I have never come across a team that was so professional and lovely. I also had a chat to Dr Badreddine she was also a pleasure to meet. I usually dread going to the dentist but not anymore.

First time been to this Dentist. Dr. Hiba Badreddine was amaizing. This Dr. Hiba was very professional in her investigation on the problem. she took many Xray to be clear in her assessment of the patients problem and solved to the utmost satisfaction. I will surely recommend anyone to visit first before visit any other dentist in Sydney. Their charges are reasonable."

Pathetic/Disgusting Customer Service(Updated 1 star from 2 star)I have received a phone call back today shortly after leaving this review.A lady called me back whom identified as one of the dentist.I explained to her that I would be happy change my review depending on how my appointment would go with them.She told me that the receptionist isn’t in today so therefore phone calls couldn’t be taken (understandable).So I asked when a booking could be made I was told that she wasn’t able to do so but said “our receptionist might call you tomorrow I guess”I replied“Well I hope I might receive a phone call tomorrow maybe”She said“Hahah well I don’t know how keen we are for you after leaving us a 2 star review hahaha”This is absolutely PATHETIC to talk clients like this.Disgusting customer service(Originally 2 star review)It’s such an utter let down when no one answers the phone…. I have called them literally 10 times on Wednesday from 9am all the way through to 1pm plus have left messages on their voicemail and still could not get through to them for an appointment.I’m quiet disappointed really I was recommended to them by a family member that had a great experience with them and I am really keen on going here. But cannot book in appointment to do so.One of the main priorities for a business should be to answer the phone.

I had my checkup and teeth cleaned with Fatima. Fatima and her colleagues were fantastic during the treatment process.

Class and professionalism all around. Thank you to Dr Hiba, Fatima, and the team for fantastic work and advice. They will look after you from the moment you step inside until the job is done. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Ersoy and his teams are caring, complete professionals throughout the entire process. Patients are kept informed and all procedures explained and post procedure care is second to none. Highly recommended for families, been looking after my family for years.

Absolutely wonderful dentist and staff..I was in immense pain from a wisdom toothThe lovely receptionist booked me in the following day.. I was taken swiftly through the whole process and felt very comfortable.Would definitely recommendAnd I will be back to keep my teeth in check
