Very clean and slightly cheaper fuel/diesel.Which the coffee machine had a diary free option but on well. Nice selection of tempting pies and donated. Salad sandwiches are fresh and not soggy

Hi guys, want to share a small information in regards to the united petrol stations. Recently i travelled from NSW to cairns by Car after entering in Queensland i stopped in many petrol stations. especially BOWEN and GIRU United station are like 5 star rated places. They maintain well. food is so hygiene. Feel like to eat or to buy something. You will have option to choose especially for vegans as well.

Being a new 24hr roadhouse you would expect it to be clean and look good, and it was. Food was very nice and great tasting pies. Staff were well presented and polite. Cooks wore white clothes and they looked professional. Fuel prices were at a competitive price, and plenty of room for parking for trucks or it towing a camper or caravan.

Stopped on Monday 10th AprilDirty filthy toilets and the smell was disgusting. I paid $7.50 for a potato top pie. It wasn't the one from the cabinet, it was from a box put aside. I didn't know this until my son said he saw him get it out. Obviously selling the stale ones first. Deceitful men behind the counter. Indians and they were rude. I didn't take it back because I was too scared. One of them was intimidating when I thought I had the wrong change.N

Every single time I stop here there's an issue. Nearly every week I stop and purchase at least $1000 worth of diesel and grab something to eat. Every single time there's an error made on the operators behalf. Ie wrong fuel charged out to the wrong customer, wrong food compared to the order. I know for a fact I won't be stopping here again.

Their machine did not work or scan my barcode. The guy refused to manually do the 4c/litre off. Should have got petrol in Townsville. Don't stop here. Their equipment doesn't work and they don't do the right thing.
