Excellent service by Rick, arrived before the scheduled appointment time. His expertise had my computer wifi operating within five minutes. Rick also spent time giving great advice not only face to face but over the phone as well. I will definitely call on Rick again and will highly recommend him to others.

Cannot recommend Rick highly enough. He is the only person I call when I need help with my computers. I recently replaced a work computer and Rick made sure it was optimised and secure. He helped me with installing Outlook and other programs, got rid of the unneccessary ones and set up automatic back ups to multiple cloud services. It would have taken me all day to work out how to do all this but Rick had it done within an hour. On top of this, his fees are very reasonable.

Rick has been a lifesaver for technical support for myself and Neil in our New Business Sunstate Bearings in Kunda Park , Sunshine Coast.He has helped us set up new computers and programmes, phone systems and has given us informative, easy to understand advice and training and is always very friendly and patient with us and our Staff.We highly recommend Rick for all your IT servicing requirements. :)

Extremely satisfied with the way Rick was able to diagnose and get my older laptop working again when I thought that I was going to have to purchase a new one. Communication was excellent and charges surprisingly fair, highly recommend to anyone with IT problems.

The Help Desk is a MUST have in your business, the value you get out of Rick is far more than he charges!! plus he can supply all the equipment you could ever need. Rick from The Help Desk was terrific! My computer was having issues on start up, which Rick fixed and then also installed Microsoft office on there as-well. Rick was very polite and had great communication skills to help me understand how my computer operates, as before I wasn’t very educated on computers.10/10 #guru

Rick at the HelpDesk goes above and beyond for his customers! I was blown away at how fast I was able to book in my computer with Rick, which was totally dead, wouldn't even turn on, and my life is on this thing. Not only did he have my computer up and running for me that same day, but he taught me so much about the different options I have to backup my work and even spent the time to teach it to me as well.. talk about service! Highly recommend Rick for any IT concerns, his knowledge and customer service are second to none, and he delivers results fast - 10/10 for me.
