Worst courier company ever! Didn't ring the door bell, just left a collection note. When you go onto the website to try and rebook a delivery or find the location to collect, it says contact customer support. There is no option for a private parcel on the customer support number and you get directed to a live chat" which no one responds to. If you ever get a parcel with this company good luck in trying to find it! Worst service EVER!!"

Parcel connect left a card 6 days ago and they didn't provide collection centre. Got no response to multiple e mails and calls. Still waiting for parcel. Very much disappointed.Don't use Parcel connect even if they provide free delivery.

Agent refused to accept parcel saying it is too big. Measurments were entered when organising delivery, so why whould i be set to this agent? I later checked the FAQ ont he website and it was within the size limit od 1m. No phone number to call and get this sorted out. Tried Online chat and never got a response. Keep away. These guys are crooks and don't respect their custoemers.

Found a note in my letterbox for parcel pick up at a newsagent in town (Canberra), supposedly open on the weekend looking at the info on the parcelconnect website.Not only was the newsagent very hard to find because google maps put it in a different location but it is also shut on Saturday and Sunday. Very disappointed with this pick up option.
