No customer service , staff confused about who is doing what and there is no need to make their customer happy with the product they have paid for just hand ball it to the manufacture of the split system if the customer is not happy, do your research as I thought local businesses would look after local people a lot better .

Ducted heating system fitted, the unit malfunctioned and leaked water into the internal roof, that was 8 months ago and still waiting for the damage to be repaired.

Had a Panasonic inverter installed. Ducting wasn’t fitted properly( hanging down) wall damaged on installation and gas and electric coverings poorly fitted. Three months out of warranty a major failure contacted and no interest to endeavour to help fix the problem. One very disappointed customer. No recomendations.

Paid $17800 for Panasonic inverter ducted.Requires service 6 times in 2.5years.3 times major breaking down.AWHC Owner Norman doesnt want to know why there is ongoing problems other than blaiming Panasonic.Formal complaint made to owner Norman who replied back if we are not happy find someone else to do service.----------------------------------------------------------------11 July 2018Norm refused to attend for a problem again.
