My visit to see Sophia can best be described as a life changing event! She created a realistic and thoroughly researched treatment plan that responded positively to my health priorities. Sophia was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of nutrition and diet, and paid attention to other unique influences on nutrition, such as lifestyle, medical conditions and habits. The advice, care and attention that Sophia gave to my health needs was exceptional! She has a kind, caring approach and is excellent at communicating in the consultations. It was clear that Sophia is highly passionate about all things nutrition. I highly recommend her service. You will never look back!
