Appreciation shout out to the Pharmacist on at 8 am this morning. He was knowledgeable, humble, considerate and thoughtful. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed as I estimate he was in his early 20's. Excellent customer service and a kind nature that will have many returning.

Every other time I’ve been here the staff are friendly and it’s a pleasant experience but today myself and my daughter came in when we were in the cosmetic section while only holding our phones, the attendant followed us around even coming and standing right next to us and just blatantly looking at us, as if we were going to steal. It made us feel very uncomfortable and it was very unprofessional. After we left the cosmetic section 2 women walked in carrying very large handbags. She did not follow them around. That is just bordering on harassment.

Pretty good experience picking up my prescriptions at this chemist.Looks like they are able to provide Covid vaccinations… but not many folks taking up the offer. I would say, don’t wait until it’s too late !

Been going here for years now and it’s always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly, helpful and long term. So to all the staff and also to whoever manages and owns this particular franchise - hats off to you all for doing such a great job. I’ve been to other franchises such as in Brisbane and they are no where near as good :)

Huge place which is quite well stocked, although they didn't have what I was looking for on one occasion, I think we can forgive that. Staff are happy to assist when you ask.

Very big shop with large signs promising the best prices but tiny, hardly noticeable signs on what to find in each aisle. Made it quite difficult to find things I needed and getting them was also tricky since in front of almost every shelf was something deposited. Staff were almost friendly and medium helpful. Will probably try a different shop next time

Security made us uncomfortable as she stood at the end of the aisle just glaring at my daughter, sister and I.While I was waiting on a script and my sister was looking for a product she BOUGHT there last time.Let her know that anyone is capable of stealing regardless of what an individual looks like!

I have used CW as a secondary pharmacy outlet several times, over many years & most recently, having had excellent service & help re several national/statewide medication shortages, where my primary pharmacy were, on these occasions, unable to assist me.I am exceptionally grateful for the assistance as provided & do not hesitate to highly recommend Chemist Warehouse in these regards, along with superb service & the very wide range of goods, fragrances, vitamins/minerals, sports & activity supplements & for the always friendly advice from all levels of staff.

They don’t acknowledge the price on shelf. Price was 2.99 on the shelf, went to cashier and got charged 7.99 instead,Double check your receipt if you choose to shop here.
