Since the buses have been privatised, the service has been really poor. Buses being cancelled and not running on schedule several times a day since the privatization.

Absolutely garbage bus service". I feel like I'm in a third world country. The services have been cut to next to nothing. The drivers are arrogant and basically abusive. I'd rather walk and that means a 2-3 hour walk. This is a classic example of horrible mismanagement at the hand of a government monopoly."

Tired of constantly cancelled buses. Even worse, is the app is not updated to reflect. Some excellent drivers but scheduling is appalling and totally unreliable for people trying to plan and get to work on time.

The 182 from Elanora turfs passengers out at the bottom of Powderworks Rd instead of taking them to Narrabeen - even though that very bus continues on to Narrabeen B1 stop. Where is the logic in that? We have staff who try to use buses but this is a hopeless gap in the service, and a young female staffer is regularly turfed out and left to walk 1km to the B1 stop. It affects our productivity... and I understand the buses were privatised to IMPROVE productivity. Fail?? Can somebody please contact me to discuss how to change this ridiculous situation.
