I have been training with James for more than 3 years now. James is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer and he was able to develop an effective workout plan that was tailored to my goals. He is also motivating and encouraging, which helped me stay on track and push myself to reach my goals. James is extremely professional and I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Have been trained with few PTs before, James is the only one who has passion for not just about training. He helps me and my child physically stronger and even mentally happier. I've been working with James twice a week for nearly 18 months and can't speak more highly about him. He has transformed my strength and fitness by keeping every session fresh, challenging and fun.James has also become not only my PT helping with my physical health but also been a solid pillar in supporting my mental health. The added nutrition and stress management support James offers really helps you get a full understanding of how to reach your health and fitness goals.Each session is fun and rewarding. His technical knowledge and ability to get the best out of you has ensured its been a very enjoyable (most days) experience, as he pushes for the best results. Joining Stacked Fitness for a personal training program was one of the best decisions I ever made.Due to a few major hip surgeries that I've had in the past, I always found myself injured and in pain after exercising. I really needed help from a professional who could help me get stronger without the risk of injury. James not only taught me the techniques, he's also always ensured I do them correctly. His program is full of variety, customized for me and always challenging and motivating. After a few months of training with James, my legs and back got so much stronger and ended up having a pain-free pregnancy and postpartum. An outcome I didn't imagine was possible.I highly recommend Stacked Fitness to anyone looking to improve their fitness, strength and physique.
