I can only concur with all the five star reviews. I am a long term patient and travel quite a distance to attend the Edgecliff clinic. Claire and Merren are simply the best. They will achieve the best possibly hearing solution for your particular situation and take the time to do so. The ladies on reception could teach a masterclass in how to run a medical reception desk. So efficient and easy to deal with. An all round top notch clinic.

Where would l be without Edgecliff Hearing...!I am a double Cochlear Implant recipient.It has been well over a decade, since my first visit with Merren Davies (audiologist) and nothing has changed, the quality of care is the same today as it was on my first consultation.The care, advice and professional help that Edgecliff Hearing afforded me both before and after my implant surgery, took all the stress out of a very uncertain time for me. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Claire is very knowledgeable and always recommends the best hearing aid and services for my family. If there are any questions the staff will not hesitate to assist our needs. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is an amazing practice that has helped me immensely with the sudden hearing loss I had experienced a few days ago. I had called a number of audiologists near my local suburb but none of them had any slots available, and were not willing to squeeze me in despite the seriousness of my symptoms. I found Edgecliff Hearing via a google search because I wanted to know if my situation was as bad as I had read in articles. Their website stated that they would accommodate you straight away if you are experiencing sudden hearing loss. I phoned them to book a slot for a hearing test, which they had initially set for 2 weeks away since they were fully booked. When I mentioned my symptoms they were able to book me for a slot on the same day. We had to drive 40 mins to get to their clinic in Edgecliff but it was worth it. Danielle checked my ears detected that I had hearing loss at low frequencies on my right ear and said I should see a specialist. The best part about the team is that they went above and beyond with their service by referring and booking me for an ENT appointment on the same week. Thanks very much Danielle and Natalie for your assistance! I highly recommend you practice.Edit: When I had my ENT appointment I had a follow-up check with Merren who is part of their team and she was also very warm and comforting during my second hearing test. She confirmed that my hearing has recovered which has given me great relief and peace of mind.

I had a wonderful fitting experience with Merren, she was engaged, confident, had a great energy and was more interested in my own hearing than I was (which I loved)! She's also incredibly knowledgeable and explained concepts like dynamic hearing range, suitability for cochlear implant, differences in hearing aid provider technology etc. I felt looked after and listened to throughout the appointment. I'd definitely go back for a refit or upgrade in the future. :)

Going into a cochlear implant was a big move for me. Clare and Meren have been so reassuring and professional, while being friendly at the same time. They have been extremely patient with my lack of technology and find a way around any problem. One couldn't ask for a better team.
