Service SA Elizabeth

Can’t hold one number plate. Sending to different places. Weekend staff is bit rude change them. been there 4 times always have an excuse. I told her not to send plates to mile end but who understands.

The lady usually sitting on counter 9 (shes a bit full figured) is very rude and talked in a very rude and condescending tone right before the test because I was unclear about something. So if anyones going for the test i’d steer clear from counter 9 because test makes some ppl anxious and the lady isnt any help.

This brunch needs overhaul! Too many customers and not enough staff! Plus some of the staff are rude and too blunt with customers no curtesy nothing! Especially towards people who have limited English.

The people who work there were amazing, but the system itself was so bad... the line up was HUGE... and the staff were overran. I can only imagine how they would feel at the end of a day working for Service SA

Counted 35 waiting customers and 3 people serving. Had to join the far queue. This dept. makes so much money for SA gov yet they cannot staff it properly.

Lady there doesn't believe disability consession cards count and will make you pay full price because of her own beliefs

Quick and easy service. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful plus the ticketing system makes it smooth and stress-free. Always easy to park and enter at this end of the shopping mall.

No one likes visiting Service SA, you know you're in for a lengthy wait and a bad time. It took me 45 minutes to be served, this is way less time than I expected so that was a nice surprise. The guy that served me was really nice and helpful and the guy that greeted me at the door was also friendly. There were so many empty desks when I visited, it's like they were understaffed. There are also never enough chairs, I had to stand the whole time I was waitingSome more chairs would be so good.I can't rate higher than 1⭐ due to the wait time, but the staff made an always bad experience more pleasant.

Today went after 2pm, to renew my licence with photo after messing it up online, all seats were full and waiting. The older man at reception happily greeted me and to my amazement told me he could complete the renewal himself, processed everything, took my photo and helped me complete the entire transaction. I was out of there in record time, very impressed with his very professional and caring service. Thank You Thank You
