Professional from start to finish. Greeted by the receptionist then the owner who did a once over marking his paperwork for the work to be done. Once my insurance, gave me the green light, Leven gave me a date to bring it in. I was given a quote on the duration it will take and that they will contact me a few days prior with an update. I was very pleasantly surprised that they called early (4 days early) and told my car was ready for pick up. They did a remarkable job and even detailed the inside cab. I can't praise their professionalism enough. I would highly recommend Levan for any repair job on your vehicle.

The team at LSR might be my favourite people ever. During lockdown, I had the unfortunate luck of backing into a pole and causing some pretty impressive damage. (Mudgee Vet Parking Lot 1, Summer 0.) Unsure of how having your car repaired in a pandemic would work, I was both relieved and impressed to learn that I could use their online quoting system to send photos of the damage right from my home. (Their guides make it really easy.) I was also impressed that they offered contactless pick up and drop off of my vehicle! Luckily, it looks like we are past the days of social distancing and needing this type of option, but it was the type of service I'll never forget.

Leven's did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle, they even had it washed and cleaned inside and out upon collection. Very happy with the repairs. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

Being new to the Dubbo area I didnt know what to expect from Levens but from the moment I arrived I was greeted with friendly and smiling faces. Levens managed to fit my car in on the same day as it was being assessed and organised a cab/hire car for me. My car was repaired within the week I put it in which is very impressive and honestly it came back looking as good as new as they had also cleaned it for me. Very smooth and efficient business. Highly recommend.

I am happy with the repair of the damages caused by a kangaroo, but I noticed my car was used and driven around 500 kilometres during repair. Before dropping off my car my mileage was around 4500 km but after repair, it was returned with over 5000 km. I just don't think the car needs 500km test drive for body repair.

My insurance company told me to take my car here after a kangaroo jumped into it. I'm really happy they did, because there was a lot of damage done to both doors on one side and my car now looks better than it did when I first brought it. Not only the outside but the inside was cleaned too. BONUS! The lady in the office was fantastic and couldnt be anymore helpful. I really am super happy with how easy Leven Smash Repairs are to deal with and the quality work they do.
