I highly do not recommend this realestate .I’m extremely disgusted in this realestate as I have applied for house after house through this realestate and within 30mins to 1 hour they declined me off the bat for no reason. I own a few houses out west and have rented them out I’m trying to find a rental in town for myself and children where my family is for love and support and other Health issues then I get no correspondence from them through phone just email with no reason why they declined me. I have never rented so I don’t have bad credit or anything thing.

I’ve rented through Peter snow real estate for over 2 years now , I have never been so happy with a real estate until I started my lease February 2016 , my property manager Wendy Wippell has always been and acted in very professional manner . Anyone that knows her and the staff at Peter Snow & Co knows that everyone is treated politely , anyone who has something negative too say hasn’t done the right thing , such as pay rent when due or living in an unhealthy manner or damaged property. I’ve never had any issues with these real estate at all . If I call them because something isn’t working it’s fixed in a flash ! I need too move due too health issues but refuse too until I get another apartment that I can afford with Peter Snow.Thank you too all the staff at Peter Snow for everything. In all honesty the best real estate i have dealt with in my whole renting life. I highly reccomend Wendy Wippell, shes lovely to deal with and fast on getting any maintenance done that was required. She understands that toddlers makes a mess and never once judged. A very down to earth lovely lady and great real estate.

It was an absolute pleasure and a privilege to have Wendy Wippell as my property manager over a 7 year period. She was extremely honest and professional and had a wealth of knowledge and skills as well as a solid, far-ranging network of contacts, which made things so much easier for me even though I lived a considerable distance from Toowoomba. Wendy was also very thoughtful and caring towards both tenants and myself as a landlord, which enabled her to create win win solutions for both parties. When situations became challenging eg: bad weather events or maintenance issues, Wendy was always quick to resolve problems, providing the best possible advice and support. If you require first-rate service from a gem of a person, look no further.

By far the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. Upfront, honest and they truly look after you. Linda was a wonderful property manager and I would recommend Peter Snow without a doubt.

This real estate left a sour taste in my mouth after renting. Wendy showed ignorance and did not address Maitenance issues until we shifted out. No compensation for inconvenience. Very unreasonable in the end. We got professional cleaners in who she recommended and then they had to come back a second time. The house was cleaner than when we entered after the first clean. I questioned the carpet at the beginning of lease because it didn’t look very clean and had dog hair in it. However she made us get it done twice to be up to her unfair satisfaction. We got our bond back but I wouldn’t rent through them again.

My Dad and I recently attended Snow to enquire about potential investment properties. Brendan Mayles met with us and took a huge chunk of his day to talk us through the area, provide his insights, what he loves about Toowoomba and all her benefits. He followed this up with a detailed, helpful list of suburbs and tips. Whilst he didn't have what we were looking for at this time, he continued to email me with his opinion on other available properties. Sellers should be aware of how well he treats their prospective purchasers. 10/10 would sell with him if I had a property to list.

Having recently applied for a rental with Snow, I can’t say enough how professional and friendly they are. Although I ended up accepting a property through a different agency, Wendy was incredibly responsive and efficient. In less than 8 hours, my application had been processed and approved. Of all of the agencies I have dealt with in Toowoomba, Snow has by far been the best.

Have been with this real estate for 3 years, best real estate ive ever rented through by far thanks to the property manager wendy wippell. Always very helpful and friendly. Any maintenance is done very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend wendy as a future property manager for anyone renting
