Great dental temping agency to work for if you like casual work or in between jobs.

This company is completely abhorrent. I have worked for them for the past 3 years. All of a sudden they cut off all shifts, cut off all work. Do you think they had the decency to say anything? They said nothing. Not a word was spoken. It is an utterly disgraceful and shameful company in my eyes. They make me sick. If you want to work for a company for years and then have them throw you in the bin like you’re nothing, then this is the company for you!

I am an employer who has utilised the services and staff of Tempsmart at various times since early 2015. They have always presented first-class candidates and I have been very impressed with their efficiency in matching my requirements and making any necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth and seamless placement. Judy in particular has been very professional to work with and friendly. All staff have been courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend them to other employers or organisations seeking nursing staff. I cannot comment from the point of view of staff working with them, but the candidates I have engaged have spoken well of the agency and have worked with them for several years.

I worked with TempSmart for a while but the shifts slowly dried up. Then the horrible female Clinical Nurse sent me an accusatory letter asking me to come into a meeting, and threatened me with my registration without hearing my side of the story. That Clinical Nurse should have kept an open mind and in effect what she did was bullying, which made me realise why would I want to work with someone like her, in a position of power over me. I agree with Teresa this company treats people like commodities not human beings, they couldn't care less if someone had no money to pay for the roof over their head.
