Solo lunch visit. Food was lovely, friendly staff and food came out quickly.

Nice coffee but the food was terrible. Two serves of salmon fritters (more like a rissole than a fritter) one came out warm the other stone cold and both were dry and tasteless. No flavour, no seasoning and stale. The other was the bacon egg and cheese frittata which was full of potatoes as a filler and it also was stale, burnt and tasteless. I think the food was cooked earlier in the week and served up on a Sunday - stale. For $20 per meal I felt totally ripped off. Not a good look for the town. Pity there were no other options open on the Sunday. Ended up at the old cafe across the road eating bacon and egg rolls which at least were fresh and edible. Will not be going back and before you order check when it was prepared. How disappointing for a lovely little town like Canowindra.

We love this place as a regular weekend treat. We've had the focaccia with eggplant, the vegetarian fritters, and the Spanish eggs and all were delicious. Only problems are that they don't have enough alternative milks for coffee/chai (only dairy or soy), and sometimes our favourite couch is taken!

I could easily stay in this store forever. The more you look, the more you find. There's even a gorgeous little backyard. Arancini balls and beef burger hit the mark. Lamington cakes were mouth-watering. Excellent coffee. A gem of a place!

Had the best minestrone soup and bun, and oh the owners Jacque and Jeffrey are wonderful people! Bought an Aussie hat too!! Oz oz oz oi oi oi!!

Pretty sad effort for a $12 focaccia. One slice of tomato and freezing cold in the centre. coffee was good but don’t bother with the food. No kid options.
