During the time when I was ordering my food at the table, I spoke to this woman (assuming she’s the owner due to her clothing) who unexpectedly had a unpleasant attitude towards me giving her 5 dollars in coins. She seemed to be arrogant about it, only accepting notes, and was very hesitant about taking coins. Personally, it was odd in a way but I ended up exchanging my coins with another person - it was embarrassing to say the least. Another issue I endured at this restaurant, was when I received my food. It came out cold and disgusting, it looked uncooked which I didn’t eat at all. I spent 75 on that food, which came out in 2 dinner plates, considering having 10 people at the table. With that aside, the circulation in the area was disrupted by the amount of smokers in the restaurant. Me including the rest of my friends couldn’t enjoy our time, due to the amount of smoke. It was highly unethical, and i am merely still frustrated from that experience. Not only that, but before making an appointment, I asked the same lady who served me if she had one of those cake surprises like many other restaurants. She shrugged it off with a “don’t worry about it”, so I assumed it was in all good hands. But until the day actually came, I asked her about it and she ended up bringing a cheesecake that she personally bought for $40. I was shocked. She then expected me to pay that same amount, which I thought came with the $75. To put it all together, this is the first and last time I’ll be ever visiting this disgusting restaurant. It hasn’t been enjoyable, and I highly do not suggest coming to this specific restaurant.

I was there for my friends bday on 25/2/23 for a table of 10. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and policies within the venue.We were mistreated and humiliated and intimidated by the staff,owner and security when we were forced to leave the venue due to the fact that another guest requested the table and was a regular high paying customer..This venue and management are money driven which goes hand in hand with illegal activities that take place within the venue. The security stated that he gets paid by the managers and has to do what they order". Security did not even take an inicident report of the matter that 10 innocent ppl have been kicked out for unfair and unjust reasons.The owner was abrupt rude and passive aggressive and all the team dealing with the matter showed no compassion or empathy to the fact that we were paying customers and that it was a bday purpose.we requested a refund and they gave us the money and our cake the owner said "take your bday else where you are not regulars and not important customers to be at our venue" As adults we were there to enjoy an innocent night out for the bday girl. There was no trouble instigated by our group to persuade their reasons for kicking us out and telling us to leave. This venue is corrupt and I will never return to such filth and dirt.This venue need to be looked into and shut down effective immediately!"

What an awesome place and atmosphere from the moment I walk in every time.Very nice manager and good service and very friendly staff.very nice attitude.Good on you everyone at JessieLand.Never fail to deliver the best every night.I wish there was rating higher than 5.Thank you.I love this place.Karlos

I had my Birthday booked there and after one visit I cancelled it straight away. They have breached every legislation from smoking, to music to covid restrictions etc.. People were smoking ciggarettes on the dinner table and the staff were so obnoxious and rude at the door. After I decided I wanted to cancel they decided to take my deposit, ignore my text messages & phone calls. All good though I have filed a complaint through Fair Trading. Such a shame! Really don’t know how this business is still operating.

The Venue is old it has not had a makeover in a very long time. Chair legs fell apart. The food really was not so great

Smoking indoors, food was questionable, alcohol was fallen of a truck style - most random and poor selection. Service was appalling. I honestly have no idea how these guys stay open. Definitely nothing done legally in there.

No enough words to say about this amazing place.Now the every Friday Free Entry night feels as same awesome vibe as Saturdays with more singers.Always go above and beyond in service.The owners and staff are incredible every time I’m there or when taking friends with me.It’s The Golden Rule when you show respect, they double it back.Last Friday I told the lady owner we want to change our table and she got the staff done it entirely in no time with a snap of her finger.Thank you very much.You always are the best.
