I purchased a fairly new vehicle from Don Mackie one of the amazing sales guys at Valley motor auctions. Don is a true gentleman. He was very patient, organised and while the rest of Australia was going crazy over Christmas & new years holidays and business shutting down Don was making sure my car was ready for me to pick up on my birthday the very last day of trade for the year. it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Valley motor auctions Don is a true asset to this business . The after-care has been fabulous. He has recommended local businesses who I can support for minor upgrades to individualise my new ride, touching base in the New Year to make sure that everything has gone well absolutely putting my mind at ease with my new purchase. I recently bought a new work Ute through valley motor auctions. Great truck in really good condition.I had a engine light come on after a few days, i was handed over to Ruben in the mechanical area, he was extremely thorough, he takes a lot to care and great workmanship.Friendly, great communication and punctual.I am really happy with the excellent service buy both Ruben and sales. Can highly recommend.

Incredible motor dealership that really look after their customers! I bought an MUX a month ago that unfortunately had multiple issues. I got back in contact with Rod and Rob and I was beyond impressed with the way the situation was handled and the service. Rob mostly took care of the situation and was extremely friendly and honest. We went ahead with a replacement MUX. The replacement was newer and with a price difference as expected. Rob was willing to offer a full refund so I could shop around, I was blown away by his honesty and willingness to make it work for me. I was happy to go ahead with the replacement MUX and paid the difference. Rob made sure I thought about it and wasn't making a rush decision, I never felt pressured at any point to purchase another car. Since I bought some new tyres on the broken" MUX

They even went over and above with the mechanical check to make sure the car was running perfectly and was safe. Had a fantastic experience, knew sort of an idea of what we were looking for so we were directed to the most helpful gentleman I have met there. No matter how many cars we wanted to test drive it was no issue for Don, he could not have been any more helpful, friendly or chivalrous going even as far as opening the door for me every time I got in or out. The best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle over 30 years in Australia, highly recommend !!!!Recents moved interstate due to new job and could not come to the dealer in New Castle to see the vehicle they advertised so hesitated purchasing a vehicle without physically seeing it.But the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for within the budget so decided to bite the bullet.Jayden Chew was the contact at Valley Auction and he is a professional with genuine customer satisfaction minded.There were few miscommunication but he rectified with promptness and all the follow ups including vehicle inspection, defect rectification, accounting, and some other office work follow ups, trucking arrangement to Brisbane etc.He truly tried put himself int my shoes and followed up all of my requests promptly even on day off.I believe it’s his professional attitude and the company culture he working with.Strongly recommend Valley Auctions and service from Jayden!!!

From the moment I first messaged the guys at valley motors I knew I had made the right choice.I dealt with Rod and honestly he’s been so helpful throughout the whole buying process.He was always there to answer any question I had about the car and/or relating to the car, and it’s just been the best experience at a car dealers I’ve ever had.If anyone is ever looking to purchase their next car then I highly recommend heading down to Valley Motor auctions and have a chat with Rod. Excellent place to buy a vehicle. Dealt with Don Mackie, great service and so helpful, really knew his stuff and was good company as well :) We were able to put a refundable deposit on the vehicle we wanted so it could be held for about 5 days until we were able to get there to view it - and we bought it! Would definitely recommend, and will buy here again.Additional part to this review:About a month after we purchased the vehicle we experienced some mechanical problems which meant we had to call Don and discuss the issue.He could not have been more helpful, offering us our money back or a replacement vehicle.Don was able to quickly find a similar vehicle (newer, better and with lower mileage!) no problem.The changeover was seamless and cost free.Don Mackie and the management team at Valley Motor Auctions deserve the highest praise for efficiency and integrity.We would not hesitate to recommend Don and the team!
