used to love this place until my eyebrow and lash dye randomly lasted one week compared to the normal month, and when i let them know about it, nothing was offered to me other then ask for a darker colour next time! and I've been a regular for years always getting the exact same colour....

Normally come here for my eyebrow thread and tint which i have never been unsatisfied with. Decided to do something a little different and get my lashes permed and tinted. WHAT A MISTAKE. My eyes were burning, they left my eyelashes looking as if they had been chemically burned, they are dry and super curly, never felt so ugly in my life! No refund, no appology. Will not be coming back !

I asked for short lashes and made a point of saying I don’t want them touching my glasses. We agreed on 11mm but after asking 3 separate eyelash places they have all said they are definitely a 12 or 13!! Called them to tell them I was unhappy and the best they could do was remove them free of charge as if they were doing me a favour. Very unprofessional and their eyelashes are awful!

I have been here twice now. Please be aware you do have to walk up two flights of stairs. Staff are friendly on arrival and during service. I got my eyebrows waxed and threaded for $20, I would normally go to the ones at the mall but this one is across the road from my house and $2 cheaper. I like the natural sunlight that shines into the room and the ambience that sets a relaxing environment. They took 10mins to do and I'm overall happy with my experience and will return

I love waxing xpress, they’re great for waxing and brows, and such nice people! Was getting my lashes done however some months ago, and forgot a leave a review but I think it’s best to mention. My lash extensions were glued onto my eyelid not my lash, very painful, red eyes, burning sensation etc, then after my 2nd set almost all my natural lashes fell out. I wouldn’t go back for lash extensions, as this is very dangerous application, could lose your eyesight. But everything else is amazing!

As a local, I have been going here for my waxing for 8 years. In the last few years i’ve also had tanning, eyebrow threading, eyelash lift and tinting, facials and microneedling. I could not recommend enough. Not only is the price great but so is the service and results. Highly recommend :)

Very very Poor serviceZero attention to detail. Rushed job and paid $95 for a male back wax. You can get a back wax for $50 at other locations on the Gold Coast.Wax left all over back and on clothes.I recommend finding somewhere else
