Avoid at all costs. They deliberately keep you in their system so they can keep pocketing payments from the government. Then when you call to complain it's always oh whoops we will get that fixed for you sorry again!" and then they keep trying to book you in for meetings

I just like to send a shout out of thanks and appreciation to the Fitzroy Office of Sarina Russo staff, Adriana, and everyone else for their continual support with financial resources (training), and emotional support (being there for you), guiding and recommending possible constructive pathways for long term employment. Not just for me, as I also observe the staff helping real people with real issues.Would like to mention the education classes held twice a week where members of the staff J.C. give insight on all manner of realistic practical advice to take on board to approach prospective employers.
