Short review: Kate is incredible!Long review: I was introduced to Kate, when I had a glass of some of the best tasting water on earth. When I asked where to get it from, I was told that Kate is the person to talk to. Called Kate, super nice and super easy to chat to. Got my water situation taken care of. I asked for an appointment to check out what Naturopathy was all about and I was blown away with Kate's approach and just the way she is.Kate recognised that my world was based in 1's and 0's so was able to talk to me using science and gently drop in some more alternative concepts when I was ready to hear about them.Over the next few sessions we gently eased me into some mindfulness and breath work activities which have helped me quieten and focus my brain, which my prior attempts using other methods were unsuccessful.Kate is caring and empathic as well as super pragmatic. She has many tools in her tool box and is happy to meet people where they are at, whilst ensuring they are moving forward.No hesitation in recommending Kate to others and can't look at a glass of tap water the same ever again :)
