Kayla is so lovely and helpful. Everytime I come in she is so helpful and patient.She makes coming to the pharmacy with a 3 year old so easy.

This is my local chemist shop . Firstly the staff are very good and professional and always helpful , but so are all chemists . They give good advice and know what to do . They are accommodating . But be careful when you get to the cash register as they often make errors and over charge . They have tried to charge me more for my dads scripts on several occasions that should be DVA or pension discount or healthcare card etc . If your not comfortable with the prices make sure you bring it to the attention of staff . Medicines are expensive enough without being overcharged . I know to many people just pay and shut up but it’s your money .

Lotto and Scratch ticket shamble. I usually buy my tickets from Amcal Burswood which opens until 11 pm, I work late and walked into Amcal Inglewood at 8.15 pm, they close at 9 pm and I was told scratch tickets have been locked away because their closing in 45 minutes. The young lady was happy to get the tickets out of lock up, when she showed me what was available for purchase it was a third of the usual variety of tickets, I asked if they could activate the tickets I wanted to buy and I was told it takes a very long time to activate tickets and they will only be able to activate one for me. I was in their store ready to spend $500 but with what they had available I wouldn't have been able to spend a $100. The pharmacist came along and I told him that I was here to spend $500, that's $50 commission for Amcal, the pharmacist wasn't too interested in what I was spending and walked away. Why would you advertise that you close at 9 pm when your staff have closed everything up at 8 pm?, I won't be coming back to this store and I won't recommend it to my friends, if you want to try a Very Good well organised highly professional Amcal chemist open until 11 pm 7 days per week with everything available right up until closing time try Amcal Burswood located at 265 Great Eastern Highway Burswood, their management know how to run a store.

Friday last week I visited this pharmacy I have been happy to use for the last 30 years. 'I have some Worker's Compensation scripts to get filled' I said. 'We don't do that any more' I was told. 'Are you sure?' I asked. I could pay up front, but the point of Worker's Comp is that you don't need to pay up front. I am injured. I need meds and scans and Dr's appts and specialist appts...Anyway, I took my scripts down the road where the chemist was happy to help me and that is where I shall be going from now on.

Amazing experience. Two (then one very knowledgeable and empathic pharmacist) guided me through the treatment options and provided all the equipment/medication needed. Felt in expert hands and will be returning for my pharmacy needs. Thank you very much.

Always great service, friendly and helpful staff, well stocked and professional to engage with. I got my flu vaccine today. I was able to book and get the shot the same day, and had barely any wait for it to be administered.

I was served my a nice pharmacist to unfortunately then be served by the Cashier Somiya, I handed her a $20 note for my purchase of $19.65 and had out my hand for the change, she placed in down on the counter instead of in my hand, when I asked why, she said “it is not my Job, I have other more important things to do “ I told her that was very Rude and she repeated herself.. I won’t be going there anymore.I have seen rudeness there before to a handicapped person during Covid also and from a cashier, a different one.. Sad

Big shout out to Steve the Pharmacist for going above and beyond to sort out my escript when a big named pharmacy mucked it up. I normally shop at Amcal, only had to try elsewhere as I left it to the last minute previously to get a script filled and my local Amcal was out of stock. Lesson learned, plan ahead. Thank you so much for your help and customer service.
