Always very helpful and eager to please.Good advice and fast serviceSteve and his wife and staff have helped us with our pool for nearly 15 years now.

Tried on two occasions to have pool serviced without success. Attention to client service sadly lacking. I can understand if pool cannot be serviced on the day but lack of communication to client is unacceptable.

Great service and help from the friendly female staff. 2 other pool shops in the surrounding area couldn't help, didn't have parts available for my pool cleaner they couldn't even identify the pool cleaner but Shae immediately knew what the brand was and found the part that I needed. Good service wins customers.

I have owned a pool for the better part of 2 two decades now and the whole time, Steve and Jenni's staff have been invaluable in helping a busy mum take the stress and complication out of owning a pool. They are always honest and upfront with me about what I really need in my pool.And I am pleasantly surprised by the lovely homewares they have too. Not just your typical pool shop.I will continue to give this local shop my business.

I went into this store feeling slightly detected as I was told I probably needed another robotic cleaner.I can’t thank the ladies enough and saving me nearly $1800 for the cost of a new one, with their patience, time and problem solving skills.Nothing wrong with the robot, just my power source.Thank you so much, forever grateful. There are better pool stores with friendlier staff around the area. Ones who don’t charge for water testing if you don’t buy products from them. You have lost our business!Bayside pool mart, I am responding to your reply back to me.Your reply is not true.At the time, over a year ago, I was told by the lady who was working there at the time, that I had to pay if I didn’t buy anything. When I questioned it, she said there was a policy sign on the counter that stated that. When I asked where the sign was, she said she didn’t know where it was. So I walked out and went elsewhere.It wasn’t the lady who had been there for many years. You know who I mean.Once again, I was told I had to pay for a water test if not buying anything. And yes, I was a loyal customer for many years.I would not put a review up if it was not true!

I recently moved into a rental with a green, cloudy pool. I brought in a water sample for the friendly staff Shae to analyse. I got a detailed water analysis report, chems and easy to follow instructions. Next day, water is no longer green. The following day, pool is now crystal clear.

WARNING Bayside Poolmart POSTINGInsincerity as a customer interaction skill is demonstrated on a regular basis as well as overselling chemicals for bigger & better profit. Frequently advertised staff turnover speaks volumes, bad business practices not appreciating Employees. Research the company from independent resources before taking up a position

Having been customers of Bayside Poolmart for just over a year, can say you won’t find better! Every problem we’ve had and there’s been a few, the team at Bayside have always taken the time to sort it! They’re professional, very friendly and have unlimited patience…thoroughly recommend!!

The one sales lady here sold us a filter for our pool that was much larger than what we needed. She told us that it would be better. After talking to other places we were told that was not the case. We stopped shopping at this store because of her and because this was the third time she had done this.Why has it taken two years for you to reply to my review?
