Shannon was fantastic. I tried remove a glass slider myself and quickly realised I needed a professional - it was not as easy as it looked. Shannon was very prompt, very knowledgeable and nothing was an issue for him. My door works perfectly now and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Shannon is a magician. Fixed 3 of our sliding doors with ease, even the door that you could barely get open. He showed up on time, fixed the doors on the spot and was so easy to deal with. Price was very good. I highly recommend him and will happily use him again.
