Awesome service

I've been there twice and each time walked away disappointed and ripped off.First experience, I unknowingly purchased cattle pellets at full price that were three months out of date. I didn't realise until I opened the bags the next day to find mould all through them. I rang several times to discuss this but no one seemed to be the right one in charge.I then called to order a specific bale of feed that's unique to Hayes and was told yes, they had it at $198. I arrived to collect the feed only to be told it didnt exist in bales (funny when their website has a video showing the bale getting made!) and was told I misheard when I pressed them about it. I listed the ingredients over the phone - which they confirmed - and wrote down what they said in my notebook (ie price etc) and read it back to them while on the phone - which they confirmed - so I find it hard to believe I 'misheard' them.Never again.
