We recently dealt with Poolwerx Keperra after a few attempts elsewhere to sort out our pool dramas. We found the Poolwerx team to be professional, helpful and efficient. It's great to find a family-run business that so obviously cares about its community and the specific needs of its customers. We will be back.

Poolwerx has always been fantastic for us and our pool. We regularly (once a week, once every 2 weeks if we run out of time) take in a water sample to test. The owners are knowledgeable and everything recommended balances our pool to perfection. The reports from the water tests explicitly state the products required and the approximate volume of chemicals required too which makes life easier for everyone.All the poolwerx stores across Brisbane don't have prices on the shelves. There is always someone there and it is all too easy to ask before purchasing. Thanks Poolwerx for keeping our pool balanced and be a friendly and professional outfit!

Had been using Poolwerx Keperra for 6 months, servicing a pool at my rental property. Had ongoing problems. My tenants raised concerns the pool was not clean after a recent service so I emailed Vicky asking for a revisit.This was the last response I received:''since we have had ongoing issues with our team servicing your property, it appears we cannot meet your expectations and keep you as a satisfied customer; therefore we will no longer be continuing the service and recommend you find another service provider in your area''.Overall poor communication, poor customer service and inability to take feedback well.Reply: the response from the owner is embarrassing. Hopefully you’ll learn someday how to behave professionally, listen to your customers and keep the lies to yourself.

The staff here seem like genuinely nice people, however have repeatedly let me down when it comes to communication and organisation. After 8 weeks of patiently waiting for help with fixing my pool chlorinator, and ending back up at square one, I've decided to look elsewhere.

Extremely impressed with the service we have received over the past 18 months. During this period, we've needed a new heat pump and complete filter installation. My pool had some algae issues, so I was instructed by one of staff to buy 4 x 1 Lit chemicals (215 $$$) plus a 20 lit Chlorine (25$) for 240 $$$.First of all, there is no visible price tag on the chemicals so be aware of surprises when paying at the counter.Just TWO days after my purchase, I came back to change one of the chemicals (still sealed and not opened) as it was not suitable for my pool. The staff member however rejected my request, We are not sure how you have kept the chemical in your house" he said to me. then "we do not replace

I am not surprised these guys have such a bad rating. I had my pool cleaned and it has been crystal clear all year round. It was storming the day it was cleaned and when the rains stopped i cameOut and inspected the pool - it was dirty around the edges and hadn't been cleaned properly. Then 2 daysLater my pool is murky. I called them 2Days after the clean to let Them know.2 weeks later. Still nothing. I called them back yesterday and again today. They still hadn't bothered to call me back. They pretty much called me a liar and that it was signed off as cleaned. What an absolute disgrace. I am leasing my property out in January - was set to Schedule monthly services with poolwerx. That wont be happening. What horrendous customer service. Please go and support another pool Servicing company that values their clients. I can’t stress to you enough how rude and dismissive they were. Now i have to pay another $250 to have the service done properly.
