The repairs were easy to organise and they accommodated for myself being at work, the fellows I talked to were nice, answered all the questions I had. One of the bookkeeping ladies was a bit curt but other than that I had good experiences with this business.

Made a time to replace windscreen, didn't show. Called the following day saying he was coming, told him the car was not here as we are a business and it a fleet car. Rude, then turned up at the wrong address when the car was back.

Damaged my car and in the end didn't replace windscreen...now going through insurance company to get damage repaired and windscreen replaced elsewhere,never let them near my car again,very annoyed and dissapointed.
