Jodi was such a great trainer yesterday, very friendly and positive and not intimidating. I do CPR every year here and still find I get little nuggets of useful and practical information from each trainer every year from their own unique experiences.

I love how it was just quick and simple for the refresher course, in and out. It’s very easy to squeeze into the schedule and Neil was great at giving feedback. Although I think the directions on where the location of the Bundoora CPR First aid was a bit confusing. Maybe a screenshot with a circle on the map and a photo of what building to look for would be useful.

CPR First Aid training has been great every time I've done a course. The instructors are really well trained. Elssy is the instructor I had today. She really made me feel prepared with the theory and practical. It was one of the best classes I've had so far. She gave us many scenarios to really help us be ready for any situation we may face.

It was a fun experience learning CPR and first aid. Steve was an amazing trainer. It's also public holiday today but they are open to make sure that we have the certificates ready when we need it.

Joan had a wealth of knowledge and was very clear with her directions and information given. Have been doing first aid for 30 years and once again learnt something new from Joan that was invaluable regarding infant care. Very impressed yet again. Will always use this organisation for First Aid training.

The CPR course is a nice balance of theory and practical, it’s affordable, booking and online theory is comprehensive and easy to navigate and our trainer Steve was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and interactive, and respectfully helped when i had questions or made mistakes. Highly recommend!

It was so easy to enroll online. The cost of the course was great compared to other places. Location was easily accessible.The refresher CPR course online didn't take up too much time completing which suited me with a busy life. The assessment class was quick and to the point. 30 minutes! Jodi was the trainer, and she was great. She threw in real life challenges to us and also gave us some of her own life experience knowledge when needed. I will definitely continue to complete my annual refresher here.
