Big clean & well stocked store. Unfortunately the staff let them down, I encounter 2, they both treated me like I was a burden & wanted to be sumwer else. There's good parking right out front. but I got what I wanted elsewhere...

I miss some of the staff that used to work here, they were positive enthusiastic and patient with customers. Sadly one of the staff had an arrogant and aggressive attitude, perhaps he was tired or not feeling well, which I totally can find a place to forgive as a one off, however it would seem this particular staff member has been having a difficult time for a while. I hope things improve for them if they serve me ao I can come back and rectify this bad review.

Went in to get a globe changed in my wife's car.The 2 young lads were really friendly and helpful and the lad that changed it ( Waleed) I think was his name is a credit to your business.

These Boys & Girls know their stuff - Amazing service and product knowledge by team member Brice, i was buying two items, and was to drive to repco to buy another item, Brice asked if i was a member which i am of Supercheap and said he could price match as i had a screen shot of all the items, so I happily spent all my money then and there! A $20 dollar transaction when to $130 for them and have won a customer for life, Brice looks to be a naturally happy person helping car novices like me, nice to have a person help you, smile whiles doing so and as you exit say have a great day and mean it, now thats 5 star royal service- someone in head office give this chap Brice a pat on the back for a job well done - now you have a great day

Older staff member had no interest in answering my queries of a reverse camera, arrogant man who shouldn’t be working with the public, had the same experience 6 months ago with the same man, needless to say didn’t purchase product and won’t be back.

Supercheap auto always make the wrong paint that doesn’t match with your color code. I have occasions where batches of paint differs even when they use the same recipes from their system. They will dodge blame for wrong paint made most of the time and the customer is always taking the risk. Don’t trust Supercheap auto as I have buying a lot of paint. Go to your local auto paint store!A lot of the customer service workers are also shifty and will deliberately sabotage you !

Was really happy with the advice and assistance from the guy (american accent) serving behind the counter, on replacing wiperblades. He was able to select and install them for me as soon as he had a replacement on the counter. So easy, friendly, and excellent service. Very happy.
