Such an amazing getaway from city life! You truly feel like your in another world.Sarah makes the checkin so easy and is extremely friendly and it’s perfect for a romantic getaway with such breathtaking views, a natural outdoor pool, a hot outdoor shower which is amazing and addictive and countless thoughtful little details like a pillow menu, freshly baked bread set to be done when you arrive and countless more.This is a must stay location at least once in Summer and once in Winter!!!

Awesome spot (APPOINTMENT ONLY). My wonderful daughter and equally so partner were married there. Amazing views and surrounds. Lovely place to stay.

Its own waterfall fed natural non chlorine billabong bathing pool. One of the most unique rental properties (Airbnb) in Victoria. And only a 5 minute drive from Olinda and it's satellites Sassafras and Belgrave etc. Amazing views of the surrounding tall tree forest. You are guaranteed to come back detoxed and recharged.

My husband & I had an amazing time, so amazing that we actually got marriage there.It was magical, relaxing and very low key..We definitely couldn't of asked for a better place to say I do. Sarah and Phillip definitely pulled out all of the magic and had the place in mint condition when we arrived. Hot bread in the machine ready to eat, wine in the fridge and a lovely card wishing us well for the future. Every little thing they added was absolutely amazing.

A hidden gem in Melbourne with your own private waterfalls! By far the best place I’ve ever stayed. I went for a romantic weekend and will be coming back with my grandparents who are nature lovers. Suitable for all occasions and it’s a bonus the owners were very lovely also.

Best place in Victoria.We eloped here and stayed a few nights and we never wanted to leave. It is so beautifully designed, so relaxing and just breathtaking. Our wedding photos came out stunning because of how beautiful this place is.Sarah who runs Billabong falls is so lovely and accommodating.10/10 would recommend to any nature lovers out there or anyone who wants a nice private getaway from city life.They even stock the pantry which is just a beautiful touch. Thank you!

Incredible property and incredible hosts! Upon arrival the atmosphere was set for absolute relaxation, we arrived to a toasty warm house, and the smell of a fresh loaf of bread cooking in the bread maker. No detail overlooked to ensure we felt absolutely comfortable and catered for. We stayed on to do some filming on location in the incredible landscape gardens, and both Sarah and Phil went above and beyond to accomodate our every need and request. Couldn’t recommend Billabong Falls highly enough, thanks you Sarah and Phil for having us!

The ambience is very relaxing. Be aware there is only one bathroom. Great place to stay for a couple or family, not so good for two couples, despite the number of bedrooms.

House were clean, nice and relaxing locationHowever we were going to experience the falls ... disappointing because they were completely dried.Cleaner very rude!I forgot valuable jewellery in the rush over there and never heard back from the host.
