Richmond Skin & Laser Clinic

I tried Richmond Skin & Laser clinic for laser hair removal and I found them very unprofessional. The staff are friendly, just they act like they don't keep record of your treatment, where you're up to and what they should be doing on each visit. Had little progress here with treatments and have gone elsewhere for much better results, service and professionalismDo not believe the fake and paid for reviews here.The clinic rang and asked me to take down my review and asked what it would take to take it down. No offer to improve though or fix their mistakes.I said I would not do that as a Master google reviewer unless they improved their service and professionalism.

All the girls at Richmond Skin and Laser have been amazing. Worked closely with the amazing Erica who worked her magic on a brown spot with PICO on my cheek. I was very conscious of my pigmentation and tried so many creams etc over 12 years but Erica and the team got rid of it after just 2 sessions. Will definitely recommend and be back for future sessions and treatments!

Highly recommend! I know nothing about skin but I know it needed some love. I love coming here for my treatments because they'll educate me on how to look after at home but also take control on creating a skin program for me in salon. Kristi has been looking after me and I'm stoked with the results. Thank you :)

Richmond skin & Laser have been treating my Tattoo removal for a few months now and I cannot Recommend them enough! They make every treatment as comfortable as possible and not to mention the incredible results I have had on my Tattoo laser removal. All of the staff are super friendly and provide the best experiences.
