This morning I had an amazing massage with Donna. I can not recommend Donna enough

I highly recommend Donna, her BARS sessions It had made me fully energised after each session. I was able to deal with my day to day life. It balanced me to help with my pain and stress at that time in my life. I don’t know how Donna Does it, but she has magic in her hands. Thanks Donna for helping me through that bad stage of my life.

I have enjoyed all of the massages that i have had with Donna.Donna is very good at what she does.I have also had a few access bars sessions which leave me feeling very relaxed.

I’ve been seeing Donna for a while now for my back and shoulders. The massage therapy is without a doubt the best thing I could have done for my aches and pains.Today was my 2nd Bars session and OMG, I felt like the world was lifted off my shoulders. I physically felt a lot of unused and not needed information leave me. Decluttered I suppose you could say.After my first Bars session, I took on a new role at work. I haven’t been this relaxed, calm, clear minded and present for a long time. My headaches have ceased, my acceptance to change has improved, my ability to forgive and forget is also improving.I look forward to my fortnightly sessions with Donna, as each visit I let go of more ‘baggage’ and declutter my mind. This is then followed by an hour massage.Do yourself a favour and book a session with Donna and give two hours back to yourself.
