Sushi Hiro

Really disappointing to see you slug people for condiments now on food delivery such as uber, I made a $90 order and was contacted to say I could not have soy sauce etc, absolute joke considering you don't pay in store. Money grab!!! will be going elsewhere

Served by Hayley, she is so kind, great with my children and so hospitable. My children and I love seeing her when we visit. Lovely service, great food, lots of options.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and always ready to serve. I was really surprised that I got a whole pot of tea to myself, the green tea was really refreshing and had a good taste. The prices of each sushi dish were reasonable and they tasted fresh.In the photos you can see I had a seaweed salad which was cold and fresh and I tried a Teriyaki chicken Don which was surprisingly really nice.Something that surprised me was that while I was eating a server leaned across my table to collect some lids I had. I freaked out a little as I didn't expect this. Another server constantly ask me if I was okay or needed anything. While this might me alright for others I perfer to eat alone so this bothered me a little. However in the end this was fine as I'm sure everyone prefers attentive serves over lazy ones.Something that disappointed me a little was the cheese cake. As you can see in the photos that was what the photo on the menu showed whereas in the other photo was what I received. I was a little disappointed again with the taste it was very artificial and I couldn't eat it all because of this.In the end Sushi hiro is a must try but not a family favourite 6/10

We come here often, sushi and rice bowls were really good when they first opened. Unfortunately the food quality is on a decline, the rice tonight was very mushy and not pleasant to eat tonight.

Use to be my favourite sushi place and was a regular. Went there today and unfortunately had a sushi plate that tasted like they had got their cleaning products in it, it was absolutely disgusting. Also went there about a month or two ago with my partner for dinner, around 6-7pm and was shooed away as they had no tables, we were happy to wait but front counter person told us we had to go.

Unfortunately, did not have a great experience here. Staff weren’t welcoming, seemed off put when I went to order. Something quite not right with the sushi, when comparing to the other sushi places out there it doesn’t stack up well. I was hoping for another good sushi train place down south. One of the things that put me off, was in plain sight, a box of frozen scallops. Not sure if I will give it another chance yet.

We have only ever had take away from Sushi Hiro, staff have always been friendly and accommodating (willing to make more of any items we require) always fresh.

Was a beautiful feed for our lunch! enjoyed the food as well as the service here, definitely a recommendation to the area :))

The food on the conveyor was relatively fresh, although a few of the dishes that should be served hot were already at room temperature. That said, ordering fresh dishes saw very quick turnaround and overall dishes of decent flavours.Staff were friendly, albeit checking in probably a bit too often to allow for a private conversation over dinner.A few quirks from what I would have expected (roe on chicken, no seaweed to bond the aburi, and the rolls didn’t have great integrity, falling apart when you lift them) but nonetheless a solid meal for an average price. I would come back here again.

Our first visit. And really enjoyed it. The food is fresh and tasty. The staff are great, the girl that seated us went over the menu and how to order and they were always there if you needed to order drinks or food. Will definitely return!
