The personal service and overall customer care provided by Attune was superb! Kar Won explained the process and procedures of the hearing test and her resultant conclusion and recommendations were fantastic.I would certainly recommend this professional organisation to anyone with hearing concerns.

Kar-Won was wonderful to deal with. Took the time to explain how everything works. I did not feel like a number. Would recommend highly. Receptionist Summer has outstanding customer service too. Overall a very pleasant experience. I have now been introduced to a very noisy world. Well done to all.

Be wary and shop around. My initial impression was great but the $12,000 model they had me originally trial was not giving good results in many settings. I asked repeatedly for more information on aids overall and to trial another type or model. I got limited additional information and repeated evasive answers re: another type. After significant pushing, I was ultimately told that they don’t have other models to try and had purchased the $12,000 pair for me to trial (without waiting for my ENT ordered scans or any discussion with me including my budget and lifestyle/needs) and that they would be out of pocket if I did not purchase them.I’ve since been to another audiologist - (Bloom if you’re wondering) who provided all the information I needed, assisted me to make an informed decision, gave me multiple options to trial and… the hearing aid they suggested (although cheaper) is so much better suited to my needs and allows for clarity in a much wider range of settings. Although all the staff at attune are very pleasant to deal with, I find it questionable ethically to conduct business the way they do, particularly given it took so long to get a straight answer from them. I’m glad for others who have had positive experiences but I really urge people to shop around and see more than one audiologist/try more than one brand before committing to such a major and potentially life-changing purchase.

Summer alerted me to an issue with the battery use by the hearing aids. Organised a loan pair, booked me in for setup. Cassie set up my phone along with the hearing aids.Appreciate the level of customer service provided. Great team at Atune Rockhampton

My appointment today with Attune in Rockhampton, was a follow up after getting hearing aids 5 years ago, Tom listened to my concerns and reasons for not using the devices as much as I should really, did another test, did some fine tuning on the device itself, changed the molded ear pieces to softer rubber ones which are far more comfortable. He also set the initial volume lower to allow me to get used to them more and activated the volume controls. I believe I will now wear them more and get much more use from them. I would never have got a new set as I just did not get the use from the current ones, but feel that now, next year I will look at newer versions, with the possibility of more enhanced features.All in all, a 100% positive experience
