I purchased a nudge bar for my Ford Ranger via eBay and found the experience very pleasant. Clear and fast communications to my questions and a speedy delivery. The product is great and the install was straight forward which I did myself. I am very pleased indeed. Thank you Taz and the whole PS-4x4 team I will be back!

Got a bullbar, winch and light bar fitted, the list of issue is long, they forgot to install 5 bolts, 3bolts for the winch bracket to chassis and 2 for the recovery points, they installed a relay with self taper on top of fuse box, such that fuse box won’t open, the winch solenoid was installed with one lose bolt through a plastic support.. parking sensor were sticky tapped in, wiring done with a bit of twisting and tape, they cut a massive opening in the grommet in the firewall to run 2 cables, it whistles and is an expensive fix, the lights bar was pathetically weak, literally less powerful than the car’s high beams, the fog lights were lose and not adjusted.Took the car back twice, first because the bullbar was hitting the quarter panel and second to get missing. bolts put in, ended up going elsewhere to get everything fixed.Nothing was torqued, many lose bolts,They absolutely mangled my new 2023 ranger.They seemed like nice people, definitely good talkers, but their installers are unqualified and have zero knowledge and attention to detail, As an example a bolt doesn’t line up, they ignore it hopping customer won’t notice.I wouldn’t trust any positive reviews on this place.

Bought a set of weather shields from this store for a ba/bf falcon, The postage was fantastic and their service was miles above that ! I will hope to be a recurring customer for them, Ive attached a photo, Yes I bought a set of weather shields for a ba/bf falcon, but I put them on my almighty AU falcon!

You don’t even get what you pay for with these guys.Bought side steps that were damaged, bent and really poor quality. Totally unfit for purpose. Contacted them to let them know and they looked for every way to make it my problem so they didn’t have to refund the money.My advice is if your going to risk handing these guys your money do what I did and use PayPal so when things go south you can easily get your money back through buyer protection.

Purchased a premium bullbar, got a poorly built, made in a rush job, reached out to customer service for help with issues no response, avoid this business if you want good products and service.

Purchased a steel rear bar to suit my s1 GU Patrol. Including the twin Jerry carrier for trips. I read a lot of mixed reviews on here before I made the purchase but I cannot disagree with those reviews more. I received excellent phone custom service (on weekdays and even on a Saturday) getting the order dialled. I had one item missing from the order upon arrival, it was packaged and sent that day without issue. Arriving 2 days later. All encounters were polite and professional. Quality of the bar is excellent, best value for money I’ve experienced in a while. Bolted together perfectly and fitment is straight and equal bilaterally. Exceeded my expectations well beyond. If you’re considering one of these bars I would absolutely purchase another.

Absolutely wonderful assistance from Taz, and fantastic service from Aladdin at PS4x4!!! Can't fault their dedication and friendliness. I really don't understand the bad reviews they get because these guys go far and beyond to help. I rang at 4pm on Friday and Taz booked me in instantly for 9am the next morning (Saturday), to purchase a Stainless Steel Nudge Bar for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and have it fitted by them. After a 3 hour drive to get there from western Victoria I was back on the road by 10am, with the job well done. I highly recommend PS4x4. Thank you.
