Rude and not helpful at allThe staff need to learn how to do their job as they never know how to help me and learn how to have customer service and respect for people !!

I’m giving 1 star only because there is no option to give zero stars ...... Very rude, not helpful, no customer service skills at all. The client before us also left annoyed and dissatisfied. I will never return to this business

Closed on the Saturday of the Easter long weekend even though the sign on the window states that it will be open. Seems like the staff just decided to stay home that day. Very unprofessional.

This is the slowest place on earth. Staff have absolutely no sense of urgency, the line could be out the door, which happens a lot, and the staff will be rearranging the store or having very casual drawn out non work related conversation with customers. So frustrating

Had a worst experience . I wish can give 0 star. I went to get my passport photo done and and they keep me waiting for 10 -15 min for no obvious reason .they keep serving at list 10 customers after me. Lady took my photo and she did not show me a photo and ask me to pay for it . She print it out . Not happy with service at all. Won’t go back again ever

I'm new to the area and have only been in here a handful of times so far. But I've been told off by most of the staff that I'm not labelling my international parcels correctly even though I do the customs forms online to save them time. I post a lot of parcels being a small business and don't have any problems at other PO's. Staff here are very unfriendly and condescending.

Went to renew my high risk work licence, passport photo was required, staff were very helpful and professional.

I had a bad experience at this Post Office yesterday. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful however one particular staff member is not. While visiting with my family she was immediately contemptuous of my young children, being children. Overly judicial and hostile in relation to the validity of the forms being submitted. While we eventually reached an amicable outcome, the solution was withheld and only offered following a triad of what can only be described as power tripping" bureaucracy. Having had ongoing great experiences with the team at Stocklands post office through our business account, this was further reinforced by the great customer service provided by staff member, Marie. Marie has been an ongoing familiar face but went out of her way today to find multiple receipts I needed for important expense claims. Very appreciative of her time and the work put in by her.

I attended this Post Office yesterday afternoon about 4pm and couldn’t believe the line up of people waiting to be served and then to find out that all three staff members were doing passports, they didn’t even acknowledge the other customers waiting or apologise for the inconvenience. I don’t understand why the postie sent my parcel to this Post Office when I live in Lake Illawarra area and have a perfectly good Post Office with great staff in Warilla Grove. I waited for 15 minutes and had to leave as there was no one being served before me, dreading today to pick up my parcel. Hopefully I get served quickly, but will definitely advise them of their staff issues and that they should allocate one person to deal with Passports just like other places do, so ridiculous.
