BEWARE ❗️❌️BOND HARVESTERS..These peoples only goal is to keep your bonds. They will do this by charging you for things that don't exist or make up charges from phoney tradespeople. For example..charging over $300AUD to change a light bulb (bunnings cost$9) scratches here and there will be taken as a knock down /rebuild cost.They are completely unreasonable, rude,dismissive and patronising the owner seems to be OK.. but is guarded by a team of vicious womenThis 2 hit organisation has tried to charge me over double the over $3500 bond new carpets doors walls garage doors are just some if the things I've been asked to replace...AFTER ONLY 1YEAR LEASEThe fact I ran a cleaning business makes it even harder to acceptI won't give up..Nd will continue legal action against these thievesThe 1 star given was too much but it's the only option.I hope this helps people and saves you alot of time and moneyPlenty of real real estates out thereChoose wisely!!!

Be very cautious when u lease from this agent, they are known to be dodgy, they can send you deceptive emails and always do the opposite, they are retarded in customer service department, they will chantage you and will manipulate you, they use every fraud/trick cowboyed by Real Estate.At the end it is just money you lose but they lost dignity, respect and the brain.
