Very good very detailed. Worth the money for a pre purchase inspection.

Very happy with the investment in this report. Easy to book, attended to quickly and report received within the hour. Inspector happy to discuss the significance of some of the findings that I didn't understand. Gave us the basis to negotiate with the dealer and have reasonable repairs attended to before purchase. Gives me peace of mind, making a significant investment in a used car.

I would heartily recommend this service. Easy to book and great communication throughout. Very friendly and professional. The process of the inspection was clearly explained and so were the issues found with the car. I was left feeling confident my car had been thoroughly checked and what the problems were which needed immediate attention. The inspection report arrived in my in-box under within half an hour of the inspection so I was able to start sorting out a fix for the issues found very quickly. I will add as well that there was no hard sell at all about getting NRMA to fix them, no mention of it all, so I felt I was getting an unbiased inspection for sure. Thank you NRMA, I think you're tops!

NRMA fit me in the same afternoon as I called. The lady on the phone was lovely which made the process of booking my car in nice and easy. I was not on site when the car was inspected but I was advised that the service man was also lovely, efficient and had machines hooked up all over the place which set my mind at ease around value for money. The only thing I would mention is that somehow the number they had for the person to contact on site (the seller of the car) was nothing like his actual number and therefore he was not answering when NRMA arrived nor had he received prior warning about their arrival (apart from me advising him I had booked it in) The NRMA service man called me and I gave him the correct details and there were no further issues. I received the report the same afternoon and proceeded to purchase the car, based on the findings of the report. I would definitely recommend using NRMA Inspections in future used car purchase opportunities.

This is a fantastic, professional and comprehensive service, we wouldn't buy a second hand vehicle without it. The vehicle we wanted to buy appeared to be in fantastic condition, the NRMA report however revealed the ugly truth that it scored a 6/10 mechanically, that's only just a pass. Every cent we spent on this Inspection was worth it, as it prevented us buying a lemon! Thanks NRMA for your wonderful service! :D

Booked an inspection for my recent privately purchased vehicle before it's final end of warranty service. My inspector in Bondi, George was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and gave me some tips and pointers on looking after my car. Highly recommend!

When I called the booking process was very simple, they were able to book for the car to be checked the very next morning. They gave me a timeline of when to expect the results as well which was great. The next morning the car check was done, and the results were emailed through the same day. The NRMA service person even called me to congratulate me on the car and to tell me I'd chosen a really good car and that it was in great condition. Really great service. Will definitely use NRMA again for this service!

I was looking at buying a car from the dealer and my Dad mention that i should get a mechanics check to make sure everything is up to par. I called NRMA and had a great conversation with Leanne who helped me through the process and what to expect from the inspection and report.Ben was the inspector and was really nice and happy to answer any of my questions about any issue i found with the report. He was really helpful and since i'm not a car person it was really great to have the help in understanding. He didn't judge or try and use super simple words and was honest and really consideration.Overall i would definitely recommended NRMA Mobile inspections they are really great and helpful.
