My sister purchased a reverse cycling air conditioning system from bi rite Goulburn over 2000 dollars does not work now it's not there concern to follow up do not recommend you do business as it's called pass the. Buck now she has to buy another system and discard the one she bought from bi rite only 2 weeks ago an expensive and sour experience so today cost my sister another $3000 dollars as the manufacturer also passed the buck what a world of deceit retail to manufacturers thanks for looking after the disabled once again shame shame for your lack of care in not resolving the issue bi rite assistance seems futile with no respect with $$$ the only concern
