I was seeing by dr Aswegen today to prep me for root canal. The dentist was very gentle and friendly, I felt no pain. I was very impressed by the whole business, friendly staff and Manager Grant. Thank you guys for making me feel at ease and comfortable. Highly recommend !

Just out of surgery in recovery room. Anaesthetist was amazing. Dental surgeon was awesome and very caring nurses. This place feels like a luxurious private hospital not your normal dentist. Totally recommend

I’ve given clear instructions what I want but suprised suprised they failed to follow.I woke up and they pulled the wrong teeth. Oh well I could not really put it back. So what I can only do is give warnings to peeps that make sure do not go to General Anaesthesia(Sleep Anaesthesia) so you would know what teeth they pulling out.Would not recommend.Beware.

I have a phobia of the dentist and cannot recommend southside sedation more highly, had 4 teeth extracted on Tuesday under sedation and it was the best dental experience I've ever had. 2 days later and I have no swelling and very minimal pain that only requires Panadol. Prices are very competitive and the dentist and anaesthetist were very informative and professional.

I had wisdom teeth surgery here and I almost died. He didn’t extract all the teeth and left me in ICU for 3 days with a closed airway. Would love some compensation for what I went through. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Worst customer service. Will not go back. Called over a month ago to get a second opinion about my son loosing a tooth. Was told I couldn’t get in for a month but they would put me on the cancellation list if a appointment became free, we would be first called. Did not hear from them. Then 2 hours before our appointment time (a month later) they phoned and canceled. Said the dentist was having a day off. To bad my son had to miss his school excursion and I had to take a day off work.

Outstanding service! I usually get extremely anxious going in to the dentist but these guys are true professionals and make you feel incredibly comfortable as soon as you step in the door. Sara is an absolute champ at making you feel welcome over the phone and in person and Grant makes the procedures easy and bareable to say the least.They're all willing to help and genuinely care!I Highly recommend Southside Sedation!
