We had our mothers wake recently at the Prince. The bar staff were excellent and the bar tab worked extremely well. The food was excellent also . But the standout was a young lady named Rose. Rose was exceptional in all aspects of her job. Her professionalism / energy and her ability to communicate (and with quite a few much older people) and bring smiles to all in attendance at the wake was outstanding.Tony Green

I booked a table on Wednesday for Sunday at 1pm, tables are apparently secured for 2 hours. Everything was going fine until about 1.30pm when we were asked to move because of a bigger booking, which would have been no drama if we were moved to a suitable table. They moved us to a make shift table in a thoroughfare with a freezing cold wind with 2 young kids (see photo). Food was decent, won't be back.

Great looking venue, lots of seating, looks like it’s a good idea to reserve a table for the evening. Great live music. Plenty of entertainment for the kids.Ribs were so delicious but can’t say anything good about the 400g rump was so chewy not enjoyable at all. Salad and chips were nice. Great meal deals on offer too.Will be back to enjoy the atmosphere another time

Great venue always busy and food is pretty good and consistent each time I have been. The wait to order drinks and food is too long and would be far more efficient if the ordering was done via QR code at the tables. Last visit would have spent more than 10 mins queuing up to order.

For some reason Google is classifying The Prince as a hotel with rooms. It is actually a hotel (aka pub) which has a great food service. We've been going there regularly for the past few years and it's always reliable. There is a decent range of food offerings with options for the kids (and a play area for them too). It's free to become a member which entitles you to a small discount on food and drink.

I booked for a group of 16 on Saturday 22/4/23. The person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, our tables were two booths next to one another so I approached the manager to ask for a table where we could all sit together. I couldn't have expected a better response! She was personable, totally understanding and easily worked out a way of solving the problem even though the place was really busy.My group was happy with all their meals. The chips in particular were deliciously crispy, fluffy and flavourful. The service was definitely the stand-out for me, though. So we'll be back!

Loving this local pub! Been here a few times now and the food and atmosphere are great although must say some food options are definitely better than others. Have tried the: clean living bowl - great although the haloumi add on doesn't quite match well so would get the chicken add on next time, steak sandwich was delicious- good amount of sauce and hand cut chips were also good. Only small critique was the sourdough was probably toasted a little too much as quite tough to bite through, lamb and supreme pizzas were both amazing - absolutely delicious!, lamb moussaka is a winner also rich lamb mince and generously portioned, poke bowl I probably wouldn't order again - there was quite a lot of cabbage and not enough sauce so was quite dry, whole snapper - presentation was top notch and tasty too. Slightly overcooked so the fish was a little dry but overall tasty and great serving of salads to go with it.

The food was made quickly and served hot, the caesar said though could of had more chicken for what you paid. Overall the meals were pretty good, especially the pork roast.Only downside was we had a table booking and when we showed up it still had old food and plates. Was fixed up but had to wait awhile for staff fix it up

One of the better pubs on Sutherland Shire. Modern with good facilities. Wide variety of choices in the food menu. Good food at competitive prices. It is very popular on Friday and Saturday evenings. It is difficult to find parking at peak patronage times.

A short walk from the train station but well worth it. Extensive food and beverage menus, fast service and reliably tasty meals. Plenty of options for different dietary requirements and chefs are happy to adjust dishes to accommodate your dietary needs.Good play area for the kids with plenty of seating nearby for families to enjoy the space. It can get busy quickly on weekends and trivia nights so be sure to book in advance if you can.
