Don't pay for any kind of Pay Per View or Main Event that needs internet whilst using this service. It's ok when it works, but I would not rely on it. Over the years we have persisted with reddenet, but when paying for pay per view events, netflix/Stan subscriptions or anything important, you wouldn't want to risk it dropping out every 10 seconds. This is just not acceptable for an internet service of this day and age- we seriously may as well have dial up sometimes. Reddenet, not only is your customer service terrible, your product has become that too. It was always your saviour. We had no end of trouble with terrible service in the early years and now the product too. If anyone needs a suggestion we have heard flashfibers are good and we will be making the switch after our latest experiences.This is not a flash in the pan complaint either it is my first ever review. Fast internet, that sometimes cuts out but nothing is perfect. It's much better now that we have upgraded our router (purchased elsewhere which clearly Reddenet weren't too happy about even though we were told we could if we wanted to pay more).Great that you can per per usage and you don't need to have a telephone line available. However I think the Reddenet staff need to be mindful of their attitude. Every time we have called there is always a rude tone in (any of) the operator's voices- simply put, they all come across as pompous. any questions we have seems a bother to them and the way they talk to you, makes you feel stupid. Plus, you'd be lucky for them to return your call, even after leaving messages.

If you want internet that works 50% of the time than these are your guys.

I moved to ReddeNet from Telstra due to very poor speeds. I have found their service to be very quick and reliable. However, I agree with previous reviews. When you call them, you are nine times out of ten met with attitude from the operators and generally you are left with the feeling that you have inconvenienced them by calling. I have been using ReddeNet as our family internet provider for more than 7 years. Our internet has always been fantastic, our family and farm workers are able to stream and browse the internet without any problems. In the rare event that our connection has dropped due to a weather related event, then John and his team have always quickly restored and responded.I would can certainly recommend them as a great internet provider.

We've been using ReddeNet for our home & business for more than 5 years and the quality is excellent. Our old service used to drop out regularly and my business would be with out internet at crucial times during the day. Switching to ReddeNet was a refreshing change, the speed is faster and if there is ever a problem they send a txt msg to alert their customers or we can speak to them direct on a local number. Highly recommend their services.

We use ReddeNet at all of our properties from Mooloolaba to Noosa and it's fantastically fast.They have great Wi-Fi options as well which is really good for our Holiday rentals and it's reasonably priced.I highly recommend giving them a go.
