Michael and the team are very friendly, services are great. Michael cares a lot about my needs and gives me great suggestions. I love my haircut.It’s worth mentioning that they do great following the covid safety guidelines. There is hand sanitiser at the entrance and all staff are wearing masks. I felt safe and relaxed while I was there.

I get my hair done here almost every week. Being a full time working mum, I barely have time for myself. So when I get a spare hour or so to indulge I book with Kat who does all my blow-drys and treatments. My hair feels and looks amazing (Best part the blow-drys last for almost a week - #winning) I’ve tried so many different hairdressers and swear by ‘Michael Napoli hair’ as their service and quality is outstanding! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Michael's been looking after my hair for the past 15 years and I cannot speak highly enough of his expertise and the salon experience.I've also had Ashley look after my eyebrows and face with her threading service. The results have been fantastic! Better than laser treatment and less painful.

Very Friendly staff, attention to details, great service. It was my first visit and felt the extra care. Ash is amazing, she did much more than I expected . She cares and provides good service based on her experience. She provided me with expert advise to manage my hair , best hair colour, foils and cut. I will go back for sure.

It's an appreciation and Thank u review. It's very late, I should have written this earlier. It was my first time there and Jasmine did an amazing blow dry for my curly hair and she was so nice and friendly. Moreover, michael was very nice and gave me a cream sample for hair to try.(I had a terrible experience yesterday at a hair salon in Rhodes near me, it made me so upset that I wish I could travel to St Leonards to fix this crisis)Thank you Michael Napoli for understanding diverse hair types.
